BI-WEEKLY Readiness Net

A bi-weekly, (twice a month), on the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 7:00pm, on the WFARC W5WFR 442.600, pl 131.8 repeater. We hope that everyone will at least check in to the net, and advise Net Control, "No traffic", if you do not want to remain, or be called later for any comments.

Ham Radio Mentoring

The West Fork Amateur Radio Club is a group of individuals primarily located in Wise County and surrounding counties in North Central Texas interested in pursuing and advancing the hobby of Amateur Radio (HAM Radio).

Meetings are held monthly on the 4th Thursday of the Month  @ 7:00 p.m.

Our members watch the weather!  We support the Skywarn® storm spotter program by using their unique communications capabilities to share critical information between the NWS, the local emergency management officials and storm spotter networks.
